Madrid (Spain): The month-long Panorama International
Literature by the Writers Capital International Foundation aimed at fostering
humanitarian values across the globe, culminated in a ceremony which was held
virtually. Hundreds of writers from around the world attended the event and
also shared their experiences during the festival. This is the fourth season of
PILF which had earlier won a world record for being the lengthiest literature
festival to promote humanitarian values.
The festival that started on new year’s day was on the
theme Prana: The breath focusing on the element of air which is in the
spotlight considering the challenge of air pollution faced by the global
community. A variety of programmes were conducted globally in connection with
the festival including competitions for school students on the theme, a
tree-planting drive named ‘giving back to nature’, a photography contest etc.
Delegates from different professional fields including Writers, educators and
poets, from over 78 countries presented their works on the theme virtually and
in offline mode. As many as 16 live sessions were also conducted as part of the
event in which authors and other intellectuals from different domains had the
opportunity to share their works before the literary and intellectual community
in the form of poets’ meet, speeches or panel discussions.
The Closing Day Ceremony presided over by the
President of the Writers Capital Foundation and the chairman of PILF, was
inaugurated by the chief guest Prof. Jeffrey Levett, Founding Dean of the
National School of Public Health, Athens, Greece who also announced the newly
established educational mission of the foundation International Centre for
Foreign Languages and Literature. PILF Chief advisor and coordinator of Spain Prof.
Joan Josep Bracelo delivered the keynote address. Vice President of the World
Philosophical Forum and Member of the International Academy of Social Sciences,
USA, Prof Steven Roy was the guest of honour.
Johanna Devadayavou, Chief Human Resources Officer of
WCIF, who delivered a message to share the vision of a better future by joining
the Foundation and to make it a strong solid chain that will assist in uniting
the whole world in the name of respect, solidarity, brotherhood, peace and
love, also administered the “Pledge for Humanity’ for anchoring in the higher
goal. Vicky Papageorgopoulou, president of Who’s Who Awards, Greece disclosed
the theme of next year’s Panorama Festival- ‘Agni: Ignite the Fire in You’ to
join heads and hands.
Vasiliki Dragouni, editor of Writers Edition Magazine
delivered the vote of thanks. Irene Doura Kavadia, Secretary-General, WCIF and
Chief Coordinator of PILF who anchored the session also bid farewell to the
gathering. Head of Writers Capital Youth Foundation in Greece Vasilis
Pasipoularidis, member Georgina Tsismalidou and others spoke during the event.
Various awards during PILF 2023 including the Panorama Literary Awards 2023,
and Golden Book Awards will be announced in the first week of March 2023. An
anthology gathering the works of delegates on the theme is also being published
as part of the event.

Ένας άνεμος τρελός μαινόταν από τα
υψώματα
κι εγώ του είπα,
"Μεγάλε άνεμε, σταμάτα να
φυσάς,
προτού να με σκορπίσεις".
Ένας άνεμος τρελός διένυσε τα
ουράνια μίλια
και ύστερα με τράβηξε στον ουρανό.
Ταξίδευα πάνω από αόρατες στέγες,

The fourth season of one of the major literature
festivals in the world, the Panorama International Literature Festival having
the participation of more than 76 countries across the world is going to be
held in the month of January 2023. Hosted by Spain this year, the festival is a
World Record-Winning programme for being the lengthiest literature festival
dedicated to spreading humanitarian values and helping cultural exchange and
being participated by renowned writers and academicians from across the world.
The signature programme of the Writers Capital
Foundation which is dedicated to spreading the mighty values of humanity
through the medium of literature, the Panorama International Literature
Festival (PILF) is intended primarily to help cultural exchange and to enable
writers to expand their horizons of understanding of the world. Unlike other
literature festivals, PILF is envisioned as literary sanctuaries where the
delegates have a unique opportunity to visit various locations in the area
where the festival is being conducted and have an in-depth experience of the
place and cultural vividness that we believe will help in moulding the future
of a writer.
Theme of PILF 2023
PRANA: The Breath
The fourth Panorama International Literature Festival
has its theme Prana: The Breath which focuses on the element of ‘air’ in
philosophy.
Our planet exists because of the air that surrounds
the earth and the very same is the life within all lives regardless of their
forms. It is the basis of all movements on the earth - remember the clouds
being carried away by the winds and drenching the sands as raindrops. Look at
the way rivers are being carried away to the distant and fetching water for
those myriad kinds of lives on earth. Watch those thoughts within us being carried
away by the subtle principle of air within the body and evoking emotions. Air
is the very basis of the very existence of our lives and the planet.
Apart from reminding ourselves to breathe the beauty
of life and exhale gratitude for the very life we are blessed with, the
festival also aims at spreading awareness of air pollution, one of the key
issues the human race is facing now. According to the World Health
Organization, every year around 7 million premature deaths are attributed to
air pollution - a staggering 800 people every hour or 13 every minute. Air
pollution is responsible for more deaths than many other risk factors,
including malnutrition, alcohol use and physical inactivity.
We hope that the festival will not only stimulate
intellect for exploring deeper philosophical aspects of the element of air but
also will spread a message across the world on the importance of keeping our
environment clean and safe for even the generations to come.

Festival 2023 άνοιξε τις Πύλες του»
Η
τέταρτη σεζόν ενός από τα μεγαλύτερα φεστιβάλ λογοτεχνίας στον κόσμο, το
Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Λογοτεχνίας Πανόραμα Panorama International Literature
Festivalτου Οργανισμού Writers Capital
Foundation με τη συμμετοχή περισσότερων από 76 χωρών σε όλο τον κόσμο πρόκειται
να διεξαχθεί τον Ιανουάριο του 2023. Το φεστιβάλ, που πέρυσι διεξήχθη με μεγάλη
επιτυχία στην Ελλάδα και το εγκαινίασε ο Πρόεδρος του Παγκόσμιου Φιλοσοφικού
Φόρουμ (Παράρτημα Ελλάδας), κος Στέφανος Βογαζιανός-Roy,διοργανώνεται φέτος από την Ισπανία.
Πρόκειται για ένα πρόγραμμα που έχει διακριθεί με το παγκόσμιο ρεκόρ ως το
μεγαλύτερο σε διάρκεια πολύγλωσσο φεστιβάλ λογοτεχνίας, που είναι αφιερωμένο
στη διάδοση των ανθρωπιστικών αξιών, στην ενίσχυση των πολιτιστικών ανταλλαγών,
και φυσικά στην ένταξη του σύγχρονου ποιητή και συγγραφέα σε μία ενιαία
πλατφόρμα με αμοιβαία οφέλη για όλους, καθώς στο φεστιβάλ συμμετέχουν διάσημοι
συγγραφείς και ακαδημαϊκοί από όλο τον κόσμο.
Η
διαπρεπής συγγραφέας και βραβευμένη με το Jnanpith, το ύψιστο βραβείο της
χώρας, Dr Prathibha Ray, ανακοίνωσε στην Ινδία το τέταρτο Panorama
International Literature Festival 2023 δηλώνοντας τα εξής:
«Ο
άνθρωπος είναι μοναχικός σήμερα γιατί χτίζει τοίχους αντί για γέφυρες. Η
λογοτεχνία, αντιθέτως, χτίζει γέφυρες και γκρεμίζει τείχη, και εμπλουτίζει την
ανθρώπινη προσωπικότητα». «Το θέμα του φεστιβάλ που συζητά τόσο τις φιλοσοφικές
όσο και τις περιβαλλοντικές πτυχές του αέρα είναι επίκαιρο στις μέρες μας. Η
πλατφόρμα του φεστιβάλ αναμφισβήτητα θα διευκολύνει την διαπολιτισμική επικοινωνία,
δίδοντας κίνητρο για εξαιρετικές συζητήσεις και συνάμα την επιβεβαίωση της
δύναμης του γραπτού λόγου», πρόσθεσε.
Το
πρόγραμμα υπογραφής του Writers Capital Foundation, το οποίο είναι αφιερωμένο
στη διάδοση των πανίσχυρων αξιών της ανθρωπότητας μέσω της λογοτεχνίας,
αποσκοπεί κυρίως στο να βοηθήσει τις πολιτιστικές ανταλλαγές και να επιτρέψει
στους συγγραφείς να διευρύνουν τους ορίζοντές τους. Να ανοίξουν έτι περαιτέρω
το διαμέτρημά τους, αναμετρώντας τις δυνάμεις τους με εκείνες των άλλων ομότεχνών
τους αλλά και με τις δικές τους επίσης. Να ανοίξουν τα φτερά της σκέψης και της
δημιουργίας, βουτώντας στα φιλοσοφικά ύδατα και ανακαλύπτοντας πτυχές που δεν
είχαν έως τώρα αγγίξει με τα μάτια του νου και της ψυχής.
Το
φεστιβάλ θα διεξαχθεί με υβριδικό τρόπο φέτος, όπου οι σύνεδροι θα παρουσιάσουν
τα έργα τους τόσο εικονικά όσο και με φυσική παρουσία σε εθνικά φεστιβάλ στις
συμμετέχουσες χώρες. Στην Ινδία, το φεστιβάλ συνεργάζεται με το Central
University της Kerala, την Ανώτατη Λογοτεχνική Ακαδημία Sahitya Akademi και την
Κρατική Ακαδημία Κινηματογράφου. Η εθνική εκδήλωση στην Ινδία θα
πραγματοποιηθεί στην πανεπιστημιούπολη του Kerala Central University στο
Kasaragod. To Φεστιβάλ, στο οποίο θα εκπροσωπηθεί η Ελλάδα από την αποστολή
εκλεκτών Λογοτεχνών - Συνέδρων της χώρας μας, θα διαρκέσει από τις 29 έως τις
31 Ιανουαρίου με πλούσιο πολιτιστικό πρόγραμμα και περιήγηση-ξενάγηση σε
αξιοθέατα της περιοχής πέριξ της Πανεπιστημιούπολης, όπως φεστιβάλ
Κινηματογράφου, επίσκεψη σε μουσεία-μνημεία-χώρους ιδιαίτερου φυσικού κάλλους,
καθιστώντας την επίσκεψη στη «χώρα των θεών» αλησμόνητη.
ΘΕΜΑ
Το
τέταρτο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Λογοτεχνίας Πανόραμα έχει ως θέμα του το στοιχείο του
«αέρα» στη φιλοσοφία. Ο πλανήτης μας οφείλει την ύπαρξή του στον αέρα που
περιβάλλει τη γη μας και για τον ίδιο ακριβώς λόγο είναι ευγνώμων η κάθε μορφή
ζωής. Ο αέρας αποτελεί τη βάση όλων των κινήσεων στη γη – ας αναλογιστούμε τα
σύννεφα να παρασύρονται από τους ανέμους και να ποτίζουν την άμμο σαν σταγόνες
βροχής. Ας κοιτάξουμε τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα ποτάμια παρασύρονται μακριά και
φέρνουν νερό για τα μυριάδες είδη ζωής στη γη. Ας παρακολουθήσουμε αυτές τις
σκέψεις μέσα μας να παρασύρονται από την παρουσία της λεπτής ουσίας του αέρα
μέσα στο σώμα μας να διεγείρουν τις αισθήσεις και να προκαλούν συναισθήματα. Ο
αέρας είναι η ίδια η βάση της ύπαρξης της ζωής μας και όλου του πλανήτη.
Εκτός
από το να υπενθυμίσει στον καθένα από εμάς να αναπνέουμε την ομορφιά της ζωής
και να εκπνέουμε ευγνωμοσύνη για τη ζωή με την οποία είμαστε ευλογημένοι, το
Φεστιβάλ στοχεύει επίσης στη διάδοση της ευαισθητοποίησης για την ατμοσφαιρική
ρύπανση, ένα από τα βασικά ζητήματα που αντιμετωπίζει το ανθρώπινο είδος.
Σύμφωνα με τον Παγκόσμιο Οργανισμό Υγείας, κάθε χρόνο περίπου 7 εκατομμύρια
πρόωροι θάνατοι αποδίδονται στην ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση — ένα τεράστιο νούμερο
800ων ατόμων κάθε ώρα ή 13ών ανά λεπτό. Η ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση ευθύνεται για
περισσότερους θανάτους από πολλούς άλλους παράγοντες κινδύνου, όπως ο
υποσιτισμός, η χρήση αλκοόλ, ουσιών, και η σωματική αδράνεια.
«Είμαστε
βέβαιοι ότι το φεστιβάλ όχι μόνο θα προτρέψει τους διανοούμενους να
εξερευνήσουν τις βαθύτερες φιλοσοφικές πτυχές του στοιχείου του αέρα, αλλά
επίσης θα διαδώσει και ένα μήνυμα σε όλο τον κόσμο σχετικά με τη σημασία του να
διατηρούμε το περιβάλλον μας καθαρό και ασφαλές για τις επερχόμενες γενιές»,
δήλωσε ο Πρόεδρος του Writers Capital International Foundation και Chairman του
Φεστιβάλ Panorama, Preeth Nambiar.
«Θα
είναι ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέρον να ακούσουμε τους σημερινούς στοχαστές να διατυπώνουν
τις απόψεις τους, καθώς πέρα από την ποίηση το θέμα ενδείκνυται και για
φιλοσοφική θεώρηση, και μάλιστα σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο», πρόσθεσε.
«Επίσης
γίνονται ήδη συζητήσεις με εκπαιδευτικούς φορείς σε διάφορες χώρες, και στην
Ελλάδα φυσικά, να εισαχθεί ένα εργαστήριο λογοτεχνίας στα πλαίσια του φεστιβάλ
σε κολέγια για φοιτητές αλλά και σε δημόσια και ιδιωτικά σχολεία για μαθητές
όλων των εκπαιδευτικών βαθμίδων, με στόχο να γνωρίσουν οι νέοι καλύτερα και σε
πρακτικό επίπεδο την ποίηση και τη λογοτεχνία εν γένει, να την αγαπήσουν και να
ανταλλάξουν απόψεις και με συνομηλίκους τους ανά την υφήλιο. Στόχος μας να
δημιουργήσουμε από κοινού το νέο φυτώριο ποιητών και συγγραφέων! Πρόκειται για
ένα εγχείρημα με υψηλό στόχο, που αναμφισβήτητα θα αποζημιώσει τόσο εμάς τους
διοργανωτές όσο και όλους τους συμμετέχοντες», είπε η Γενική Γραμματέας του
Οργανισμού και Panorama Chief Coordinator Ειρήνη Ντούρα-Καββαδία.
