ΕΝΑ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙ ΑΝΑΓΕΝΝΗΣΗΣ

 

Μέσα απ’ τον άνεμο ακούσαμε

τους στεναγμούς της δημιουργίας

που σάρωσαν προβλέψιμα τον ουρανό

σαν εφήμερες αψίδες φωτιάς.

Στον ανυποψίαστο κόσμο μας

όπου το χάος εισβάλλει με γιγάντια άλματα

ο άνεμος επικαλείται καταιγίδες

σφυρηλατεί λευκές αστραπές -

τροχιές κάποιου ουράνιου αναστεναγμού

σαν ένα τραγούδι αλλαγής και αναγέννησης.

REBIRTH

 

Through the wind we heard

the groans of creation

that predictably swept the sky

like ephemeral arcs of fire.

In our unwary world

where chaos invades in giant leaps

the wind invokes storms,

forges white lightnings -

orbits of some heavenly sigh

like a song of change and rebirth.
